This project aims to transform a three-story townhouse into a unique live/work space for creatives. The proposed plan includes renovating multiple levels to incorporate a professional recording studio, woodworking and 3D printing shop, commercial test kitchen, and painting and photography studio. The project intends to maximize the 4,041 square foot space, creating the ultimate environment for creative professionals and artisans to live and work.
